Change-of-mind returns for online orders

Consumers generally have 14 days from receiving an online order to tell us that they wish to cancel the purchase without giving a reason. After notifying us, the goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice.

To start a return, contact: hello@pullcove.com

Location: Balbriggan, Co. Dublin, Ireland. Contact us for the appropriate return instructions before sending goods.

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. We recommend a tracked service for valuable collectible products.

Condition of sealed collectible products

Please avoid breaking factory seals or opening booster packs if you are considering a change-of-mind return. You may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary and reduces the value of the goods, we may make a lawful deduction equal to the actual reduction in value caused by that handling.

This is not a blanket rule that every opened trading-card product automatically loses all return rights. Statutory rights relating to faulty, incorrect, counterfeit or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Refund amount

For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where required by law. Any additional amount paid for a premium or expedited delivery method need not be refunded.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method. We may wait until the goods are returned, or until evidence that they have been sent back is provided, before issuing the refund.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Change-of-mind rules do not replace statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, counterfeit, incorrect or not as described. Consumers may have rights to reject goods and receive a refund, or to seek repair, replacement or other remedies, depending on the circumstances and applicable Irish consumer law.

Where return costs for non-conforming goods are legally the trader's responsibility, Pullcove will bear those reasonable costs.

Customer-caused damage

Statutory faulty-goods remedies do not apply where a problem was caused by misuse, accidental damage or ordinary wear and tear rather than a lack of conformity in the goods.
