About these terms

These Terms apply to purchases made through Pullcove. Nothing in these Terms limits or removes any mandatory rights a consumer has under Irish or European Union consumer law.

Products

Pullcove sells physical trading-card and collectible products, including sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products. Material product details such as language, set, edition and product type will be stated on the relevant product page. Pullcove is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euro unless stated otherwise. The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before an order is submitted. No optional charge will be added unless the customer expressly agrees to it.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline an order before acceptance where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing error or we reasonably suspect fraud. If money has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.

Delivery

Available delivery methods, prices and any estimated delivery period will be shown at checkout. Unless a different period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, subject to applicable law. Risk in the goods generally remains with us until the customer or a person nominated by the customer physically receives them, except where the law provides otherwise.

14-day cancellation right

Consumers buying online generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us that they wish to cancel the purchase without giving a reason. Where goods from one order are delivered separately, the period generally runs from receipt of the final item. After notifying us, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after cancellation is communicated.

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise.

Sealed collectible products

The sealed condition of collectible products may form a significant part of their value. A customer may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary — for example, by breaking a factory seal or opening booster packs — we may make a lawful deduction reflecting the actual reduction in value caused by that handling. This does not remove any statutory rights relating to faulty, incorrect, counterfeit or misdescribed goods.

Refunds after cancellation

For a valid statutory cancellation, we will reimburse the amounts required by law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method need not be refunded. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or evidence of return is supplied, whichever occurs first.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

Goods must conform to the sales contract and be as described. Statutory remedies for faulty or otherwise non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind right. Where applicable, consumers may have rights to reject, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under Irish consumer law. Nothing in these Terms restricts those rights.

Damage in transit

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect and retain the packaging where possible. Providing photographs can help us investigate, but failure to provide photographs does not remove statutory consumer rights.

Promotions

Promotional offers may have additional terms displayed with the offer. A discount or sale price does not reduce statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. We do not exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU or EEA retain any mandatory consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Complaints

Please contact Pullcove using the contact details above so that we can try to resolve any complaint. Consumers may also obtain information from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Ireland and, for qualifying cross-border matters, the European Consumer Centre.
